Lexington County administrative offices are open Monday through Friday 8 AM to 5 PM
Lexington County residents will have the opportunity to recycle electronics and household hazardous
waste, shred paper documents and donate household goods and furniture to Goodwill Industries on
Saturday, January 19, 2019 from 9 a.m. until 1 p.m. at Forts Pond Elementary School, located at 7350
Fish Hatchery Rd, Pelion, SC 29123.
This event is being hosted by the County of Lexington Solid Waste Management department with
assistance from Keep the Midlands Beautiful and the Lexington County Stormwater Consortium.

Computers & small items will be bundled to count as one item. Electronics are always accepted at Lexington County’s Edmund Landfill. NO refrigerators will be accepted. |

E-Waste, HHW and paper ONLY accepted from Lexington County households.
NO commercial/business drop-offs will be accepted.
* Electronic Waste (computers/monitors, printers, and TVs) must be recycled and may not be placed in the garbage in accordance with the SC Code of Law, 48-60-05 et seq. Residents should keep electronics intact for the purpose of recycling.
