Multiple Lexington County Government facilities will open on a delayed schedule on Saturday, Jan. 22, due to inclement weather.

Solid Waste Management

• Lexington County Landfill will open at 11 a.m.
• Collection and Recycling Centers will open at 1 p.m.
• The scheduled Household Hazardous Waste Collection event at the Ecoflo Inc. Collection Center will run from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m.

County Libraries

• The following branches will be open at 1 p.m.:
  • Lexington Main
  • Irmo
  • Cayce-West Columbia
  • Batesburg-Leesville
• All other branches will be closed

Animal Services

• Open from 11 a.m. – 3 p.m.

Bond Court

• Bond hearings will begin at 12 p.m.

Lexington County Museum

• Opening at 1 p.m.

Lexington County will continue to monitor the winter weather as it moves through our area and any updates will be posted to our website and our social media. Lexington County anticipates being open during normal business hours on Monday, Jan. 24.
