The Department of Community Development is inviting Certified Contractors interested in participating in the County of Lexington’s Housing Rehabilitation Programs to participate in a mandatory Contractor’s Workshop. The Workshop will be held on Friday, November 19th, 2021 from 10:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. at the County of Lexington’s Administration Building, Council Chambers, 2nd floor, located at 212 S. Lake Drive, Lexington, SC 29072.

The County of Lexington currently has two residential housing rehabilitation programs. The Minor Home Repair Program allows up to $13,999 in repairs and up to $25,000 of repairs in the Comprehensive Housing Repair Program. Contractors wishing to participate in the County’s housing programs cannot bid on jobs without first attending this workshop.
